Delivery Information
All items on the website are in stock in the UK, unless otherwise stated on the product page.
Orders placed before 2pm will be dispatched the same day Monday – Friday, orders placed over the weekend or on Bank holidays will be dispatched the next working day.
We use Royal Mail 1st class recorded next day delivery service on all our electronic items, tracking details will be emailed when your order is dispatched.
Saturday delivery is available on some items; please contact us for more information info@jexaa.co.uk.
European & Worldwide orders are sent with Royal Mail International – we ask you to allow up to 3 working days for delivery in the EU, 5 days in the rest of the World.
Tracking
Your tracking details will be emailed to you upon dispatch and 90% of orders arrive the very next day.
We ask you to allow 2 days for delivery before contacting us and you can use the link below to track your package on the Royal Mail website
